Ismail Okwong , a 41-year-old man from Nebbi, lost his sight in 1993. He knows very well that in life it’s about not giving up when a difficulty occurs. Every day he sells knives in Nebbi main market in order to feed his family. It’s not simple as he often faces difficulties. »Some people steal my knives and others bring me fake money. I rely on my colleagues to tell me how much money people give me», he says.
